To provide core features such as finding nearby users and offering a location-based social experience, Uroundme accesses your device's location. This includes both Approximate Location (network-based) and Precise Location (GPS-based). This data is transmitted securely via HTTPS and is processed ephemerally to provide real-time functionality. We do not store a permanent history of your movements on our servers.
Contact Information
To provide you with a connected experience, Uroundme accesses your device's contact list. This allows the app to identify which of your contacts are already members of Uroundme and enables you to invite those who are not. Specifically, normalized (hashed) versions of phone numbers from your contact list are transmitted securely (via HTTPS) to our servers for matching purposes. We do not store this contact data permanently, and we never share your contact information with third parties.
The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
Log Data
I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This may include your device IP address, device name, operating system version, and the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service.
Cookies
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services.
Service Providers
I may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, perform Service-related services, or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
